Garden Lovin’ – Wild Panamanian Tomatillos
J built a wharf next to the houseboat, he began months ago, and we’ve planted some trees and edible plants along the side.
Recently, on one of my strolls along the wharf to check on our plants, I noticed a plant that looked like a wild panamanian tomatillo!
Sure enough a few weeks later the tell tale tomatillo flowers popped up underneath the leaves. Shortly after tomatillos began to grow!
This is really exciting for the girls as well.
They really love searching under the plant for fallen fruit and gobbling them right up!
